Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish flamenco and pop vocalist. Since she was a teenager, she's been involved with the edges of both traditional and popular music. She also plays with genres like hip-hop trap and soul. Her voice has been called by no less of an artist than the flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, and with a bite that is similar to older versions. El Mal Querer is her second album, made available in 2018, which was critically and commercially successful. After Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, was awarded an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned the Latin Grammy nod. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami came out as her third full-length album. The album featured songs written in collaboration with other performers and producers like Cory Henry. The show premiered in March 2022. was released following the Saturday Night Live performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia performed solo on the show for the very first time ever on the program. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
